The 50th anniversary celebration of Puma’s Suede sneaker is underway, and the brand is using the opportunity to introduce its first collaboration with Big Sean.

First previewed at ComplexCon in November, the Big Sean x Puma Suede 50 collection includes a new take on the traditionally low-top silhouette. Reimagined as a mid-top with an updated lacing system, sock-like collar, and exaggerated midsole, the collab’s debut style features a white colorway with blue and green accents throughout. This pair will be available in sizes for the whole family and will release alongside matching apparel on March 22.

After that, Sean and Puma will follow up on March 31 with an “Ash” Suede in its usual low-top silhouette and a new iteration of the Clyde in vachetta leather without its signature formstripe.

In a press release, Sean calls the collection “100 percent me” and says he worked closely with designers to add his personal spin on the brand’s models. “We chose the color schemes based off of colors that I think would be great to wear during that time of year,” the rapper said. “We put them on ourselves and went through a million different color palettes.”
