Adam Johnson, the footballer who was recently freed from prison after he was jailed for sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl, has come under fire for wearing a £100,000 watch while walking the dog.
Adam Johnson, 31, was seen wearing a luxury Richard Mille timepiece in a park near his £2million mansion. He was with his sister Faye in Castle Eden, County Durham, as he threw mini footballs for his dogs to catch yesterday.
Web users accused the pedophile footballer of flaunting his freedom by wearing the Bubba Watson watch.
A source told the Mirror: “To look at Johnson now, you’d never know he’d been inside. His victim’s family will be horrified to see him flaunting his wealth like this.”
Johnson was released from HMP Moorland prison on March 22 after serving three years out of his six-year sentence for grooming and sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl.
