BOILED EGGS :- This is what most people who are on a diet take as a morning meal. To avoid monotony and boredom, sprinkle your boiled eggs with spring onions, curry, thyme, pepper or other such ingredients to add some variety.

SEASONED YOLK :- You can also make these eggs by boiling the egg first, then cut the eggs into two parts, scoop out the yolk, mash it with some milk, cheese:-this is optional and spices and place back the yolk mixture inside the egg white well and serve with a hot glass of milk.

METHOD TWO

POACHED EGGS :- One of such widely loved egg delicacy across the globe is poached egg. Poached eggs are cooked by placing them into a bath of gently boiling water on reduced heat, to avoid your egg coming apart. Poached eggs may be one of the most liked egg preparations, but it also has a reputation of being difficult to perfect in preparation.

BAKED EGGS :-

You can add many variations to this method that is why it is one of the best options, its very healthy too as one does not require oil here. in this case all you have to do is pour whisked or whole eggs in an oven-safe bowl, add onions, tomatoes or any other veggies of your choice along with spices.
